Towbarless Tug

Fletcher Technical Community College is seeking a sealed‑bid supplier to provide a single towbarless aircraft tug (model EJP‑3L or equal) and a 48 VDC, 50 A charger (model EC‑3293‑240‑60 or equal). The equipment must meet the detailed specifications listed (30,000 lb tow capacity, 3,250 lb service weight, 48 V DC electric power train, LED lighting, built‑in charger, etc.). Bids must be submitted on the college’s standard forms, signed in ink, and received no later than 2:00 PM CST on 27 Oct 2026. Prices must be FOB Destination, inclusive of freight, and valid for at least 30 days. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder, with the possibility of separate or all‑or‑none award. The college reserves the right to cancel or modify the order within 30 days of award. Vendors must be registered in SAM.gov and comply with numerous federal, state, and local regulations (ADA, Davis‑Bacon, anti‑kickback, etc.).
