The City of Norcross is seeking a single vendor to provide comprehensive landscape maintenance services for numerous city‑owned parks, playgrounds, streetscapes, and municipal facilities. The contract is a five‑year award with automatic annual renewals, covering routine mowing, edging, pruning, weed control, mulching, aeration, overseeding, irrigation checks, seasonal planting, and special services such as fertilizer/pesticide programs and playground mulch replacement. Vendors must supply certified staff (landscape professional, pesticide applicator, irrigation contractor) and demonstrate relevant experience, insurance, and licensing.
