Sixpence Evaluation

The Nebraska Department of Education seeks a qualified external evaluator to conduct a comprehensive, statewide evaluation of the Sixpence Early‑Childhood Education Endowment. The vendor will manage data preparation, statistical analysis, CLASS (Classroom Assessment Scoring System) observations, early‑communication‑indicator video scoring, and produce a series of deliverables including an annual evaluation report, site‑level snapshots, observation reports, and cleaned data files.
