Description
The City of Westminster is seeking a qualified contractor to rehabilitate and construct park trails within Wakefield Valley Park. The scope includes:
• Reconditioning 3.68 mi of existing multi‑use trails.
• Constructing 1.01 mi of new trail connections, bringing total trail mileage to 4.69 mi.
• Providing all labor, equipment, materials, and supervision required to complete the work to city standards.
• Performing related site work such as grading, drainage, signage, erosion control, and utility protection.
• Supplying a bid bond equal to 10 % of the bid amount and complying with all city specifications, drawings, and safety requirements.
The contract will be awarded to the most advantageous bid, with a 90‑day bid validity period and a requirement to sign the agreement within ten days of award.
