Police Station Renovation & Training Facility/ EOC - CMAR

The City of Peachtree City is soliciting qualified Construction Managers to deliver a Construction‑Manager‑at‑Risk (CMAR) solution for the complete renovation of its 14,090 sf Police Headquarters and the conversion of a 20,915 sf existing building into a state‑of‑the‑art Police Training Facility and Emergency Operations Center (EOC). The scope includes interior refurbishment, MEP upgrades, security enhancements, creation of tactical training rooms, a Real‑Time Crime Center, and associated site logistics. The CM will provide pre‑construction services (design support, constructability reviews, cost estimating, GMP development) and manage the construction phase, including subcontractor procurement, quality‑control, safety, and coordination with ongoing police operations. The project is funded partially by a FEMA grant and must comply with federal procurement statutes. Bids are due October 15, 2026; a mandatory pre‑proposal conference is on September 30, 2026.
