ARBOR BUILDING - EXTERIOR ARCHITECTURAL ACCENT LIGHTING

Sandy City is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to design, furnish, install, program, test, and commission a permanent, programmable exterior architectural accent lighting system for the Arbor Building (126 W. Sego Lily Drive, Sandy, UT). The system must provide uniform, color‑changeable illumination, be weather‑resistant, and integrate with existing city lighting controls. The scope includes all labor, materials, equipment, permits, inspections, programming, training, documentation, and warranty support. An optional alternate for steel‑awning lighting is also offered.
