RFP for Wireless Network Devices and Licensing

The Charlevoix Public Schools are seeking bids for Category 2 Wireless Network Devices and Licensing. The project involves the procurement of new equipment, and the selected vendor will be required to provide costs for all components of the request. The bids will be evaluated based on factors such as eligible costs, technical sufficiency, vendor experience, ineligible costs, technical support, and single source. The project duration is expected to be 24 months. • The bidder must include a valid SPIN clearly displayed on all bid documents. • The bidder must include proof of current SPAC (Form 473). • The bidder must understand and comply with all rules and procedures required by the Schools and Libraries Corporation and the Universal Services Fund. • The bidder must provide costs for all components of the request. • The bidder must comply with the Lowest Corresponding Price (LCP) guidelines.
