Description
The Town of Nantucket invites qualified responders to submit proposals for a 4.5-year lease agreement for the Operation and Maintenance of the Jetties Tennis Facility at Jetties Beach on Nantucket. The scope of work includes the operation and maintenance of a tennis/pickleball concession, retail pro-shop, public restroom facility, and the operation of the Jetties Tennis Facility.
• The facility is located at Jetties Beach on Nantucket.
• The lease agreement is for 4.5 years.
• Proposals will be accepted until May 15, 2026, at 2PM.
• A non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held on-site at Jetties Tennis Facility.
