Operation Engage Reach and Impact Report

The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) is seeking measuring and impact report services for Operation Engage Project. The project aims to measure the effectiveness of Operation Engage, a comprehensive approach that targets the top drug threat identified by DEA's field divisions. The selected vendor will analyze and report on metrics and deliverables, including the increase in public-private partnerships, community awareness, engagement by educators and parents, and development of a formal strategic action plan. The vendor will produce annual contract deliverables, including a kickoff meeting and workplan development, metrics analysis, key stakeholder interviews, reach and impact report, and lessons learned report. • The project will be deployed in multiple DEA field divisions, including Detroit, El Paso, Los Angeles, Miami, New England, New Orleans, Philadelphia, Phoenix, St. Louis, Seattle, and Washington, D.C. • The vendor will have significant experience in writing publications that focus on the reach and impact of community outreach activities to prevent drug use and misuse. • The publication will be made available in print and online versions, and the online version will be 508 compliant. • The contractor will acquire all images, including copyright permissions, to include images in the print and online versions of the publication.
