Wayne State University seeks a qualified staffing vendor to supply temporary, specialized research personnel across a broad set of classifications (clinical research coordinators, biostatisticians, lab technicians, etc.) for on‑site work at its Detroit campus. The contract is a three‑year base period (Nov 15 2024 – Dec 31 2027) with two optional one‑year extensions. Each temporary employee may work up to 1,000 hours before conversion or release. The university will require hourly rate proposals, insurance certificates, quarterly diversity reporting, and monthly usage reports.
