July 2025 - June 2026 Laboratory Gases for the State Labs

The Hawaii State Department of Health is seeking a vendor to supply and deliver laboratory gases to the State Laboratories Division. The contract period is from July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2026. The vendor will be required to provide a price list, a laboratory gas cost table, and other documents as part of their bid. The contract will be awarded to the lowest bidder based on the laboratory gas cost table. The vendor will be responsible for delivering gases to the designated room or area as directed by the State Laboratories Division. * The contract includes the supply and delivery of various types of laboratory gases, including acetylene, argon, helium, hydrogen, and nitrogen. * The vendor must provide a certificate of analysis and a certificate of conformance upon request. * The vendor must also provide hydrostatic testing for State Laboratories Division-owned cylinders. * The contract includes a one-year lease agreement for vendor-owned cylinders. * The vendor must deliver gases within six working days after receipt of purchase order or pCard orders. * The vendor must also provide a rush delivery option for an additional fee.
