61--WY GL STANDBY GENERATORS

The Bureau of Reclamation, Wyoming Area Office, is seeking bids for the supply of two standby generators. The required salient characteristics of the generators include a power output of 35 kW, LP vapor fuel type, 480V AC voltage, three-phase output, and frequency of 60 Hz. The generators should have an open set configuration, heavy-duty industrial frame construction, and an integrated control panel. The delivery location is 205 Chamberlain Rd, Mills, WY 82644, and the supplies are required no later than October 1, 2026. • The generators should have a winterization package to support cold-weather operation. • The engines should have electric start with safety shutdowns for fault conditions. • The digital control panel should have automatic safety shutdowns and provide readouts for voltage, frequency, amperage, hours, and engine diagnostics. • The contractor should provide manufacturer's manuals, warranty documentation, and perform on-site startup and commissioning of the generators.
