Operation, Management & Activation of “That’s So Celina” A Downtown Celina Visitor Center, Retail & Community Destination Celina Economic Development Corporation (EDC)

The City of Celina is soliciting qualified vendors to operate, manage, and activate “That’s So Celina,” a downtown visitor center that will also house retail and community‑focused spaces. The contractor will be responsible for day‑to‑day operations, staffing, marketing, event programming, facility maintenance, and revenue generation activities.
