Temp Staffing for Warehouse Delivery

The Metropolitan Nashville Public Schools (MNPS) seeks a contractor to provide temporary staffing for warehouse delivery services on an as‑needed basis. Selected vendors will supply qualified operators to transport, load, and unload school district supplies, with work initiated via purchase orders sent by MNPS. The contract is anticipated to run for five years with no guaranteed minimum volume; pricing is hourly and must be firm for the contract term. Evaluation will consider cost, proposed approach, qualifications, and past performance. • Provide hourly‑priced temporary labor (estimated 2,000 hours) for moving items from central warehouses to schools and other MNPS sites. • Operate delivery vehicles, load/unload goods, and obtain delivery confirmations per the attached job‑summary. • Submit a complete cost spreadsheet (Exhibit A) and meet insurance, background‑check, and compliance requirements (general liability, automobile liability, workers’ comp, de‑barment, etc.). • Respond to questions by 11 Sept 2026 and submit sealed proposals by 22 Sept 2026; offers must remain valid for 120 days.
