The South Carolina Department of Agriculture is seeking a qualified firm to provide a turn‑key solution for a 40‑ft × 20‑ft exhibit booth (the “SC Pavilion”) for the 2026 Global Produce & Floral Show and subsequent annual shows through 2029. The contract is a fixed‑price, multi‑year award that includes design, fabrication, graphics, installation, on‑site set‑up, dismantling, and freight of all booth components. • Fabricate or repurpose booth components, handle drayage, electrical labor, rigging, carpet‑vacuuming, and other IFPA‑approved services.
• Provide on‑site installation, safe breakdown, and shipping of the booth for each annual show; submit itemised invoices (Net 30) and comply with state payment and tax rules.
• Offer optional design concepts, scalable booth sizes for future years, and optional prompt‑payment discounts.
• Meet eligibility requirements: SC vendor number, insurance summary, past project renderings, and required certifications; claim any applicable SC resident‑vendor preferences.
