Counsel Practice Management Software

The WMATA Legal Department is seeking a cloud‑based Legal Matter Management System (LMMS) and Legal Spend Management System (LSMS) to serve as the authoritative record for legal matters, spend, workflow automation, docketing, reporting, and outside‑counsel management. The solicitation includes a base practice‑management software license, implementation services, and up to four optional modules that can be added separately. All line items must be bid on, and multiple bids are not allowed.
