CDBG 54th Street Water Main Improvement Project

The City of Temple Terrace is seeking proposals to install a new 6‑inch water main along 54th and 55th Streets, connecting from East Mission Hills Avenue and providing service to residential properties. The work includes approximately 800 feet of horizontal directional drilling (HDD) for PVC water main, installation of fittings, gate valves, fire hydrants, cut‑in‑tees, disinfection, sampling, testing, and relocation of dual potable water services on private property. The project also requires coordination with homeowners and compliance with local utility standards. • Install ~800 ft of 6‑inch fusible PVC water main via HDD • Provide fittings, valves, fire hydrant assembly, and related appurtenances • Relocate and install twelve dual potable water services on each side of the street • Perform disinfection, sampling, testing, and ensure a fully operable system
