Wired and Wireless Network Infrastructure

This solicitation establishes a statewide, multi‑year blanket purchase agreement for wired and wireless networking equipment and related services from three OEMs (HPE, Ericsson/Cradlepoint, and Ruckus). The State of Alabama will award contracts on an “all‑or‑none” basis to the lowest‑responsible bidder(s) that submit a single percentage discount off MSRP for each line‑item. The contract covers hardware (routers, switches, antennas, etc.), software licenses, and technical services (installation, training, support). No minimum purchase quantity is guaranteed; agencies place orders as needed. Key requirements include OEM authorization letters, inclusion of freight in unit prices, acceptance of electronic payments, a 2 % administrative fee payable quarterly, and compliance with data‑ownership and security rules. The initial term is 12 months with up to four optional 12‑month extensions.
