The City of Orlando is soliciting a qualified vendor to design, engineer, furnish, install, test, and turn over a turnkey converged wired and wireless network for the 66,000‑seat Camping World Stadium, which is under renovation and must be fully operational by July 2027 for the Jacksonville Jaguars season. The contract is a one‑time purchase with no ongoing support beyond an initial period of event‑based support. Key requirements include:
• Proven experience – at least three comparable CNS projects in the last five years, one in a stadium/arena of 25,000+ capacity.
• Complete design and engineering deliverables (AutoCAD, RF design, security architecture per NIST, Wi‑Fi 7, Cisco Catalyst preferred).
• Installation of core wired network (100 Gbps uplinks, 1 Gbps per port, PoE Class 6) and Wi‑Fi covering bowl, concourses, back‑of‑house, and a 100‑ft perimeter.
• Coordination with multiple stakeholders (city venues, construction manager, low‑voltage contractor, broadcast integrators, etc.).
• Mandatory pre‑proposal conference (Sept 23, 2026) and mandatory site walkthrough.
• Submission deadline Oct 20, 2026; questions due Sept 28, 2026.
• Required on‑site presence for four large events post‑installation, testing, documentation, training, and hand‑over.
• All equipment must be new, shipped F.O.B. destination, and comply with local, state, and federal codes (NFPA, ADA, NEC).
