RSLP Logistics Support

The Space Systems Command (SSC) is seeking information from industry to help shape the acquisition strategy for a flexible and responsive contract vehicle to provide comprehensive logistics support for the Rocket Systems Launch Program (RSLP). The RSLP mission relies on numerous heavy equipment transporters, temperature-controlled containers, complex lifting equipment, commercial tractors, trailers, and unique systems for movement and testing. The goal of this RFI is to collect detailed data on available solutions and vendor capabilities to aid in defining the logistics support acquisition strategy. Some key points about this opportunity include: • The RSLP mission requires a wide range of logistics support, including transportation, maintenance, and procurement of unique equipment and parts. • The RSLP is seeking a contract vehicle that can responsively and flexibly support its logistics requirements, particularly those exceeding the Government Purchase Card (GPC) threshold. • The contract must support four core categories of effort: procurement, services, refurbishment, and transportation. • The RSLP is open to various government partners with proper funding and authorities to utilize its services in support of RSLP missions.
