Small Business Set Aside for 750 CCF of Helium per attachments

The US Navy is seeking a small business set aside for the supply of 750 CCF of helium. The delivery will be a significant factor for evaluation, and the government will not accept late or partial quotes. The terms are NET 30 days, and the award will be based on the best value to the government considering price, delivery, quality, and past performance. The contractor-owned tube trailer must remain onsite for the helium to be transferred into storage flasks, but trailer rental should not be included in the quoted price. • The quantity of 750 CCF may be delivered using multiple trailers or deliveries, with no more than two deliveries preferred. • The trailer must meet DOT rules and come with standard fittings, including a CGA-580 connection. • A Certificate of Analysis is required to ensure the gas meets or exceeds the MIL-PRF standards. • The company must be able to invoice through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF).
