MARFORRES Postal Support

The Marine Forces Reserve is seeking a vendor to provide postal support services for 113 sites across the continental United States and Puerto Rico. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing a postal solution that can accommodate the mail throughput requirements of each site, which includes first-class mail, certified mail, and other special services. The solution must be fully operational by January 3, 2026, and must meet specific system requirements, including the ability to calculate postage, utilize USPS authorized postage options, and provide hierarchical reporting and tracking of postage activity. • The vendor must provide a web-based catalog for ordering consumables and a web-based cloud management report function. • The vendor must ensure that all web-based applications are operational and available 95% of the time. • The vendor must provide training for the system and equipment at each reserve site. • The vendor must have a network of qualified technicians available for consultation and repair of malfunctioning equipment. • The vendor must provide replacement units for malfunctioning equipment within two business days.
