Hydrogeologist Consulting Services

The City of Port St. Lucie is seeking qualified hydrogeologic consulting firms to support its utilities department on a three‑year, task‑order basis. The consultant will provide planning, technical evaluations, field investigations, permitting, construction‑phase support, monitoring, modeling, and regulatory coordination for public water‑supply systems, groundwater quantity and quality, and related surface‑water projects such as the McCarty Ranch Water Quality Project. Services are broken into discrete task orders covering well design, wellfield planning, well rehabilitation, aquifer testing, groundwater modeling, permit preparation, and ongoing compliance reporting. The contract includes two optional one‑year renewals at the City’s discretion.
