Environmental Consulting Services - On Call

The City of Chesapeake seeks qualified environmental consulting firms to provide on‑call services for a wide range of time‑sensitive and technically complex projects, including Phase I/II environmental site assessments, wetland and stream delineations, threatened‑species surveys, hazardous material abatement, NEPA documentation, water‑quality permitting, and regulatory coordination with federal, state, and local agencies. Two indefinite‑delivery, indefinite‑quantity (IDIQ) contracts will be awarded, allowing the City to issue task orders as needs arise. Firms must demonstrate certified expertise (e.g., Class A contractor, ALHI license, wetland delineator certification), experience with VADEQ, EPA, USACE, and other regulatory bodies, and the ability to mobilize quickly for emergency or critical events.
