Affordable Housing Development (2nd Quarterly Round)

The City of Santa Ana is seeking qualified developers to propose affordable‑housing projects that may involve acquisition, rehabilitation, conversion, or new construction of rental and/or ownership units, including limited‑equity cooperatives. Proposals must be submitted electronically via PlanetBids (and as hard copies) by the quarterly deadline, and must include detailed development plans, financing pro‑formas, and compliance with the City’s Community Workforce Agreement.
