Affordable Housing Development - Homekey+

The County of Shasta is seeking proposals from qualified affordable housing developers to develop permanent supportive housing projects that align with the Homekey+ program. The projects should serve households with individuals who are homeless, chronically homeless, or at risk of homelessness and living with a behavioral health challenge. The County is looking for projects that can be developed within the County of Shasta, outside of the City of Redding limits. The selected developer will receive funding in the form of a low-interest, deferred loan with a 55-year affordability period.
