Investment Banking Services

The Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) is seeking a pool of qualified firms to provide investment banking services for the Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission (MHTC). The selected firms will provide services related to the negotiated underwriting of new and refunding bonds issued by the MHTC. The scope of work includes assisting in the structuring of bond issues, reviewing and preparing documents, marketing and underwriting bonds, and providing remarketing services. The contract period will be from the date of the fully executed agreement through an initial period ending September 30, 2029, with two one-year renewal options.
