Turnkey Services

The Board of Water and Light (BWL) is seeking proposals for Turnkey Services. The proposal documents include a Notice to Bidders, Instructions to Bidders, Addenda, Scope of Work, Wage Rate Sheet, and Terms and Conditions for Services. Bidders are required to submit their proposals through IonWave, and proposals received via email will not be accepted. The BWL reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to accept any proposal in whole or in part. The evaluation process will consider factors such as responsiveness of proposal, price, time of completion, exceptions to the proposal documents, financial stability, and recent and past experience. • The BWL will not furnish any labor, facilities, services, utilities, materials, equipment, or supplies unless specifically stated in the proposal documents. • Bidders shall assess and determine the availability of necessary labor and the prevailing wages applicable to that workforce. • Bidders shall assess and determine the availability of materials and equipment necessary to fulfill the contract in a complete and timely manner. • The contract price shall be equal to the proposal price adjusted to any price changes as agreed upon in writing by the bidder and the BWL. • The contract may be modified via a change order upon mutual agreement of both parties.
