Asset Management & Real Property Consulting Services

The City of Shoreline is seeking a qualified consultant to provide Asset Management and Real Property Consulting Services. The selected consultant will be responsible for overseeing third-party property management and leasing teams, ensuring alignment with asset strategies, and providing real estate strategy advising as needed. The scope of services includes developing annual property budgets, preparing monthly reports, overseeing lease administration duties, and ensuring compliance with property management policies and procedures. The consultant will also be responsible for providing overall real estate guidance and property management strategy, as well as conducting regular site visits and correspondence with City staff. • Developing annual property budgets and reporting on year-end expense reconciliations • Preparing monthly reports, including accruals, variance reports, and stacking plans • Overseeing lease administration duties, including monitoring collections and communicating default proceedings to City staff • Ensuring compliance with property management policies and procedures, codes, regulations, and governmental agency directives • Providing overall real estate guidance and property management strategy • Conducting regular site visits and correspondence with City staff
