Greenville County is seeking a qualified architectural and engineering firm to design, document, and oversee the renovation of the detention‑center kitchen that must remain operational throughout construction. The scope includes new flooring, drainage, ventilation, fire‑suppression, and updates to food‑service equipment, as well as associated plumbing, electrical, and structural modifications, all while complying with correctional‑security requirements and state health‑code standards.
