Cheyenne MPO 24 Hour Traffic Counts - 2025

The City of Cheyenne is seeking bids to collect 24-hour traffic volumes within the Cheyenne urban area. The project involves collecting traffic data, including 24-hour volume counts, heavy truck classifications, and 85% speeds. The successful bidder will be required to furnish the proposed goods and/or services at the prices stated in accordance with the General Provisions, Special Provisions, and other applicable bidding documents including specifications. The key responsibilities of the project include: • Collecting 24-hour traffic volumes at 300 locations • Collecting 24-hour volume counts with heavy truck classifications and 85% speeds at 100 locations • Providing traffic data, including date, time, classification, speed, and total volume • Complying with all applicable federal, state, and City laws, ordinances, or regulations • Ensuring that all items proposed are new and manufacturer's current model, unless the City specifically requests or addresses used or demo products in the specifications
