Notice of Intent to Sole Source - Monaco Tech Refresh

The Department of the Air Force, 22nd Contracting Squadron, intends to award a sole source contract to Monaco Enterprises Inc. for the upgrade of their Monaco D-21 hardware and software system from Windows 10 to Windows 11. The upgrade will include replacing and installing new servers, client CPUs, displays, and power backup systems across four primary facilities at McConnell AFB.
