Budget estimate

$50,000 – $200,000

The budget for this opportunity is likely to be a recurring annual fee, potentially in the range of $50,000 to $200,000, depending on the scope of services and the size of the City's employee benefits program. This estimate is based on the assumption that the benefits broker will provide a range of services, including strategic advising, plan design, compliance review, and ongoing management, and that the City will require a comprehensive and customized benefits program. The actual budget may vary depending on the specific requirements of the City and the proposals submitted by the benefits brokers.
