Sources Sought - Architect-Engineer Services IDIQ - 119th Wing, Fargo, ND

The North Dakota Air National Guard is seeking sources for Architect-Engineer (A-E) services for the 119th Wing in Fargo, ND. The contract will be an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, and the selected firm will provide A-E services in support of the Air National Guard mission requirements. The contract will have a minimum total fee guaranteed of $2,500 and a maximum value of $10 million over five years. The A-E services may include planning, master planning, program support, investigative and design services, construction support, and engineering and environmental studies. • The contract will be for a period of one year with four one-year option periods. • The selected firm must be capable of responding to and working on multiple task orders concurrently. • The contract will include an option clause to extend for four one-year option periods. • Task orders will be primarily for projects with a construction value of less than $500,000. • The A-E services may include a wide variety of professional services in support of projects for administrative, industrial, and support facilities.
