Expression of Interest – AEC Aggregator Broker

SEPTA seeks an external firm to identify, verify, monetize, and sell Alternative Energy Credits (AECs) generated by its energy‑producing assets. The contractor will be compensated solely through a revenue‑share model, bearing all marketing, sales, and administrative costs, and must provide ongoing reporting and market monitoring. This is an information‑gathering EOI that may lead to a future RFP. • Core tasks: quantify AECs from SEPTA’s CHP plant and demand‑side projects, complete Pennsylvania PUC filings, develop and execute a sales strategy, negotiate trade prices, and deliver regular performance reports. • Compensation: pure percentage‑of‑revenue fee; no upfront payment or guaranteed fee. • Submission deadline: 4 pm ET, 3 Nov 2025.
