Camas Ridge Heat Pumps and Lighting Upgrade

The Vancouver Housing Authority (VHA) is seeking a qualified contractor to supply, install, and commission heat pump systems and LED lighting fixtures at the Camas Ridge Apartments. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. The scope includes removal of existing equipment (if required), procurement of heat pumps, associated ductwork or piping, LED fixtures, electrical work, and full project management through commissioning.
