$200,000 – $500,000

The budget for this opportunity is difficult to estimate without knowing the specifics of the costs involved. However, considering the estimated 300 attendees and the requirement for lodging, meals, and A/V equipment, the total cost could range from $200,000 to $500,000. This estimate is based on average costs for conference venues, lodging, and food services.
