Wyoming Miner's Hospital Board Third-Party (TPA) Search for Hearing and Miner's Medical Assistance Programs

The Wyoming Miner's Hospital Board is seeking a Third-Party Administrator (TPA) to provide administrative services for the Agency's Hearing Aid Benefit Program and Miner's Medical Assistance Program. The TPA will be responsible for processing claims, making payments to providers, and providing customer service to miners and providers. The contract is expected to start on July 1, 2026, and will have a total contract period of up to three years. Some key requirements of the contract include: * Providing a proven system for claims and prescription drug payments * Ensuring timely payment of claims and invoices * Maintaining accurate records of funds used by individual miners * Providing regular reports on utilization, cash flows, and remaining balances * Offering customer satisfaction surveys to measure quality of service The proposal should include a technical proposal and a cost proposal, and should address the Agency's requirements and specifications as outlined in the RFP.
