College Savings Investment Consulting Services

The State of Nevada Purchasing Division is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide College Savings Investment Consulting Services. The scope of work includes investment consulting services for the Nevada College Savings Trust Fund and the Nevada Higher Education Prepaid Tuition Trust Fund. The contract term is expected to be four years, with two optional one-year extensions. The evaluation criteria include demonstrated competence, proven track record, sufficient key personnel, quality and conformance of response, demonstrated capability, and cost factor. • The proposal should include a technical proposal, cost proposal, and other attachments as specified in the submission checklist. • The vendor should have experience in investment consulting for state-sponsored 529-qualified college savings plans and prepaid college tuition plans. • The vendor should have sufficient key personnel with experience in investments and investment analysis. • The vendor should demonstrate capability to gather necessary information, develop fully supportable conclusions, and communicate findings and recommendations clearly and succinctly.
