Fertilizer, Chemicals, Seeds & Grounds Supplies District Wide

The Marana Unified School District (MUSD) is seeking written quotes for Grounds Supplies, including Fertilizer, Chemicals, Seeds, and related items. The scope of work is outlined under the Attributes Tab and a detailed list of ground supplies is provided on the Line Item tab. Partial quotes will be accepted. The District is requesting firm pricing for the materials listed, and vendors shall indicate the number of days pricing will remain firm. The contract term is anticipated to begin July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027, with the possibility of extension for up to two additional one-year periods. Some key points to consider: • The District will not be responsible for the pre-opening, post-opening, or failure to open any quote not properly submitted or identified. • Quotes shall be in the actual possession of the District on or prior to the exact time and date indicated above. • Late submissions may not be considered. • Quotes should be submitted prior to the close date and time of 5/20/2026 02:00:00 PM (Local Time) via the Ionwave platform. • Physical submission will not be accepted and electronic submission is required. • The District reserves the right to add related services and/or materials during the contract period by mutual agreement. • The District may accept quoted pricing or procure such items elsewhere at its sole discretion.
