J--HACH SERVICE AGREEMENT

The Bureau of Reclamation, Lower Colorado Basin, is issuing a notice of intent to sole source a contract to Hach Company for annual on-site preventative maintenance, calibration, certification service, technical support, and software upgrades training and phone technical support for Hach AT1000 and DR1300 FL Fluorometer equipment. The contract will be awarded on a non-competitive basis, and the anticipated award date is May 22, 2026. • The contract is for the maintenance and support of Hach instruments, which can only be performed by Hach's factory-trained service personnel. • The contract includes preventative maintenance, technical support, and software upgrades training and phone technical support. • The contract is expected to be awarded to Hach Company, but other responsible sources may inquire about the requirement. • Inquiries must be submitted in writing via email to Diane Rodriguez, and must clearly state the solicitation number and subject.
