The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 4, Lebanon VA Medical Center is seeking professional architect/engineering firms to provide Architectural and Engineering Design Services for the Lebanon VA Medical Center Master Plan. The selected firm will develop a clinical service delivery and master plan, reviewing information such as population demographics, penetration rates, productivity measures, and patient demographics. The project requires a 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business concerns. The firm will be selected based on demonstrated competence and qualifications for the required work.
