Description
We are seeking an authorized repair source to refurbish a small inventory of critical electronic components—frequency multipliers, power supplies, and waveguide switches—under a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) requirement. The work is strictly repair‑only, performed on a firm‑fixed‑price basis, with the contractor responsible for inspection, packaging, and reporting compliance (IUID, CAV, etc.). Delivery must be completed within 180 calendar days from the induction event, and the contractor must propose a realistic repair turnaround time.
• 6 units of Frequency Multiplier (NSN 589‑501‑255‑9716)
• 2 units of Power Supply (NSN 613‑001‑482‑4403)
• 2 units of Waveguide Switch (NSN 598‑501‑260‑4009)
• Firm‑Fixed‑Price pricing only; quote must be valid ≥90 days
• Must be an authorized repair source, meet DFARS IUID requirements, and provide CAV reporting within 5 business days of asset receipt.
