Dishwasher Dispensing Equipment, Services, Cleaners - WV DCR

The West Virginia Department of Homeland Security Division of Administrative Services is soliciting bids for the provision of dishwasher dispensing equipment, services, and cleaners for the West Virginia Division of Corrections and Rehabilitation. The contract will be for a base period of one year with four one-year renewal options. The successful vendor will be required to provide regular inspections of equipment, maintenance, and repair of dispensing equipment, and provide training to institutional personnel. The vendor must also provide a primary contract manager responsible for overseeing the contract. • The contract includes 26 different contract items, including dishwasher dispensing equipment, manual detergent, pre-soak, rinse additive, and floor cleaner. • The vendor must provide a unit cost for each contract item and complete the Pricing Page in full. • The contract has a consumer price index (CPI) adjustment clause, which allows the vendor to request a price adjustment based on the prior year's CPI compared to the current year's CPI. • The vendor must provide quarterly reports and annual summaries to the agency, showing the agency's items purchased, quantities of items purchased, and total dollar value of the items purchased.
