EBRA RFQ - Architectural Services

The East Brunswick Redevelopment Agency is seeking qualification statements from interested persons and/or firms for the provision of architectural services. The selected architect will be required to perform basic architectural services, including all phases of work, with the option to proceed through all phases or discontinue work as circumstances may dictate. The contract term will be for the remainder of 2026, with the option to terminate without cause on 15 days' notice. Respondents should be able to demonstrate their capabilities to perform the services, including their experience, resources, and qualifications.
