Professional Staff Development, Consultant Services, and Materials (Extended)

The Garland Independent School District is seeking proposals for Professional Staff Development, Consultant Services, and Materials. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to renew annually for four years. The district estimates the annual value of the contract to be $300,000. Proposers must submit their proposals by 10:30 AM CDT on April 15, 2027. • The proposal should include a detailed description of the services and materials to be provided. • The proposer must certify that they are in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. • The district reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal, and to negotiate the terms of the contract. • The contract will be awarded based on the best value to the district, considering factors such as price, quality, and reputation of the vendor. • The proposer must provide a signed original proposal, and may also submit an electronic copy. • The district will not consider proposals that are submitted late, or that do not comply with the requirements of the RFP.
