RFI for HQDA Best Squad Competition (BSC) FY26

The Department of the Army is seeking information from potential contractors to support the HQDA Best Squad Competition (BSC) – Community Event Fitness Competition, scheduled for 19 September 2026. The contractor will provide comprehensive event coordination, equipment, set-up, and logistical support for the execution of the competition. The event will include a fitness competition and a community-based fitness teams competition. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary personnel, equipment, and materials to support the event. • Provide fitness equipment and judges for the competition • Coordinate with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) to plan and execute the event • Ensure all equipment is set up and ready for use on the day of the competition • Provide a Master of Ceremonies (MC) to facilitate the event • Ensure all set-up and teardown activities protect the venue's greenery from damage
