Temporary Employment Services

The State of Delaware is seeking proposals for Temporary Employment Services to support daily operations. The contract will be for a two-year period with the option to renew for three one-year periods. The vendor will be responsible for providing temporary employees to state agencies, and the vendor will be the employer of record for these employees. The vendor must cooperate with the ordering agency to ensure the state receives the most current state-of-the-art material and/or services. The proposal must include a detailed description of how the vendor will provide the services outlined in the RFP, including descriptions of any enhancements or additional services or qualifications the vendor will provide. Key points to consider: • The vendor must have experience providing similar services to government agencies. • The vendor must be able to provide temporary employees with the required skills and qualifications. • The vendor must have a system in place for managing and tracking temporary employees. • The vendor must be able to provide reports and other documentation as required by the state. • The vendor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to employment and labor.
