The City of Essex Junction is seeking proposals from qualified economic development consulting firms to assist the City in evaluating, designing, and recommending the next steps necessary to establish a municipal economic development program. The selected consultant will work with the City to develop a comprehensive economic development strategy. • The consultant will be responsible for evaluating the City's current economic development efforts and identifying areas for improvement. • The consultant will develop a comprehensive economic development plan, including recommendations for implementing the plan. • The consultant will provide technical assistance and support to the City in implementing the plan. • The consultant will be required to provide regular progress reports and attend meetings with City staff and stakeholders.
