HELICOPTER INSURANCE

The U.S. Embassy in Panama is seeking a vendor to provide helicopter insurance services for eight U.S. Department of State-owned UH-1ST dual-engine helicopters. The insurance coverage must apply within Panama, North, Central, and South America, including the Caribbean region (excluding Cuba). The vendor must comply with the terms outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW) provided in Attachment 1. • The vendor must provide aviation liability insurance coverage for the specified helicopters. • The coverage will apply within Panama, North, Central, and South America, including the Caribbean region (excluding Cuba). • The vendor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to submitting an offer. • All quotations and questions regarding this requirement must be sent via email to [email protected].
